Junior Sys Admin [Tel-Aviv / Amsterdam]

The IT team is looking for an additional member. As junior system administrator you will be responsible for the configuration and management of Windows and Linux servers, firewalls, switches, routers and more. The IT team supports all teams across the group, including the development and trading teams.

Job Description:

• Configuration and management of Windows and Linux servers, firewalls, switches, routers etc.
• IT support to all teams across the group.
• Ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required.
• Configure CPU, memory and disk partitions.
• Network performance tuning and troubleshooting network problems and outages.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience as Linux system administrator (RHEL/CENTOS).
• Experience with one or more scripting languages (BASH/Python).
• Experience with administrating Windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019.
• Fast learner with ability to understand complicated infrastructure and networks.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Ability to learn new technologies on your own.
