Barak Capital Underwriting is a leader in the sector of raising capital for Israeli companies, with over a decade of experience in the fields of underwriting and management of offerings (initial and secondary), investment banking, raising private capital, brokerage, and consulting and financial accompaniment for companies in the capital market. Since its establishment, Barak Capital Underwriting has managed over 1,000 transactions in the capital market, in which over 400 billion NIS were raised.

THE TEAM
TZVIKA MANESCEO & Chairman of the BoardTzvika Manes has been active in the Israeli capital market for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge in all areas of the Israeli capital market, specifically focusing on underwriting, public and private offerings, investment banking, and raising capital in amounts of hundreds of billions of shekels. Prior to joining Barak, Tzvika served as CEO in the subsidiaries of Africa Israel. Tzvika holds a BA in Business Administration (BA), majoring in finance, from the College of Management and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.

EREZ ZEHAVIVPErez Zehavi has over 10 years of experience in the capital market and in the management of public and private offerings (debt and equity). Erez is the former founder and CEO of a technology start-up in the field of F&B and has broad experience and understanding in technology companies, especially in the financial and strategic aspect. Erez holds an LLB in Law and BA in Economics and an MBA Business Administration, majoring in finance, both from Tel Aviv University. |

ALON HOFIUnderwriting ManagerAlon, who has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Interdisciplinary Center, carries with him extensive understanding and experience, mainly in conducting valuations, producing financial models, and working with public companies. Before joining Barak Capital Underwriting, Alon worked for 3 years at the consulting firm – Beta Finance. |
