Junior Trader [Tel-Aviv / Amsterdam]

Barak Capital is looking for junior traders to join our Amsterdam office. As a junior trader you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of trading desk operations. We are looking for young creative minds, eager to learn in a growing innovate office at the heart of Amsterdam’s business capital.

Job Description:

• Executing algorithmic trading in accordance with the trading desk’s objective
• Monitoring and reconciling trading positions consistently throughout the shift
• Performing post trade analysis on a variety of algorithmic trading strategies
• Assisting quantitative traders in performing research for new trading strategies
  

Who you are:

• University degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related
• Eager to learn new skills
• Strong interest in trading and financial markets
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and math skills
• Ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a team player focused on contributing to the success and development of the trading desk
• Good verbal and written English
