Head of Options Desk [Amsterdam]

Our trading team is looking for a senior derivatives trader to join us. As the head of the desk, you will collaborate with our software engineers, quants and researchers to develop novel trading strategies and explore new trading opportunities in a large variety of financial instruments.

Job Description:

• Passion for trading in financial markets
• Collaborate with software engineers, quants and researchers to develop novel trading strategies
• Explore new trading opportunities in a large variety of financial instruments
• Develop new trading strategies in global leading exchanges

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in trading derivative instruments
• University degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related
• Employment experience with an international trading/Market Making firm
• Experience with mentoring a junior Options trading team
• Experience with programming at C++ / Python
• Fast decision making, ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Strong verbal and written English
