Trade Support – Amsterdam
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Support to join our Amsterdam office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to the trading desk, ensuring the smooth functioning of our trading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical and Operational Support: Serve as the first point of contact for the trading desk, addressing technical and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure Smooth Trading Operations: Monitor and maintain the seamless operation of trading systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with trading teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance trading system capabilities.
- Execute Data Analyses: Utilize tools like Excel, Python, BI, and SQL to perform data analyses and support trading activities.
- Optimize and Enhance Systems: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and technical enhancements to support trading efficiency and effectiveness.
